Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work:

  • The client agrees to provide necessary access to the construction site and adhere to any agreed-upon project timeline.

  • The client acknowledges that weather and other factors may affect the project schedule.

5. Materials and Specifications:

  • Tyler Construction will use materials specified in the project contract, adhering to industry standards.
  • Any deviations from the specified materials will be agreed upon in writing.

6. Permits and Approvals:

  • The responsibility for obtaining necessary permits and approvals rests with Tyler Construction unless otherwise specified in the contract.
  • Costs associated with permits and approvals will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.

7. Insurance and Liability:

  • Tyler Construction maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including liability insurance.
  • Claims related to injuries or damages will be addressed in accordance with applicable laws and insurance policies.

8. Warranties and Guarantees:

  • Tyler Construction provides warranties on completed work as specified in the project contract.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

9. Termination Clause:

  • Either party may terminate the contract under specified circumstances as outlined in the project contract.
  • Termination may result in penalties or compensation as defined in the contract.

10. Dispute Resolution: – Disputes shall be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or litigation as outlined in the project contract. – The prevailing party in any dispute may be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees.

11. Safety and Compliance: – Tyler Construction will implement safety protocols on the construction site and comply with applicable regulations. – The client agrees to follow safety guidelines and comply with all applicable laws and regulations on the construction site.

12. Force Majeure: – Tyler Construction shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance due to unforeseeable events or circumstances beyond its control.

13. Subcontractors: – Tyler Construction may use subcontractors for specific tasks, and subcontractors will be held to the same standards as Tyler Construction.

14. Client Responsibilities: – The client is responsible for providing any necessary approvals, access, and utilities required for the project as outlined in the project contract

15. Confidentiality: – Both parties agree to keep project-related information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

16. Governing Law: – This contract shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
